On every Thursday night, there is a Chatlive hold in the Kohl House.

This Chatlive is arranged by a American couple, Jane and Ted, who had
been living in Africa for two years. Jane said, due to their overseas
experience, they realized the difficulties people will have when they
are in another countries. Thus, after they ccame back, they wannna help
those who have the same problems as them did in Africa.They wanna help
all foreigners to adapt to life in American. Language is the first thing
people need to deal with in foreign country.

Today in Chatlive, we read an article that introduces the Native American
social structure and then discussed what kind of society our country is.
From reading  paragraphs, I found my pronunciation seems have  some
improvement. And I could pronounce the th (wealth) sound well. Moreover,
I began to pay attention on saying the s sound in the words like lives, words.

More surprisingly, comparing with the performance I had in last week,
my speaking seems to go more smoothly. And I can express my thoughts
more naturally without any hesiiation or pauses. 

I think this is the result of  that I keep writing this English learning journal and
try to use English to express myself even if there is only 5 mins. More important,
watch American drama also help. Now, I pay much attentions on how they speak
and sentences they used to express their emotions. It really help. I am so glad.
I have some improvement in my English.

Last but also important one is that, we discussed the things that I am familiar with and
feel confident of. And, there are not so many unknown words for me to describe
the society in Taiwan.
